
Little Latin Chefs (Session 3)
Little Latin Chefs is a two-week hands-on culinary experience where children cook, create, and share. Campers prepare Latin-inspired recipes in our commercial kitchen alongside Master Chef & Baker Su, learning kitchen safety, organization, and culinary vocabulary in Spanish. After cooking, children transform their kitchen experiences into creative projects — presenting recipes, filming mini cooking segments, and creating simple podcast or video content inspired by the dishes they prepared. Cooking and content creation work together to build confidence, teamwork, creativity, and bilingual communication in a meaningful, real-world way.

What We'll Do
Kitchen Lab
Hands-on cooking classes in our commercial kitchen with Master Chef & Baker Su, where children prepare simple Latin-inspired recipes.
Measure & Create
Campers practice measuring, mixing, and food preparation while building kitchen safety, organization, and responsibility.
Film & Present
Children learn to present their dishes on camera, create mini cooking segments, and practice confident public speaking.
Podcast & Story
Campers create short podcast-style recordings or interviews inspired by their recipes, flavors, and cultural traditions.
